In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee of the total will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than one hundred twenty (120) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by the Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. The owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date.
