Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee of the total will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than seventy-five (75) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date.

Welcome to Dr. Vacay's Beachfront Penthouse – a beautifully remodeled top-floor penthouse condo offering breathtaking, unobstructed Gulf views from nearly every room. A new passenger elevator was installed in 2015; please note it is for adult use only.

Spacious Layout: Three bedrooms are located on one side of the great room, with a fourth bedroom on the other side for added privacy.

Unobstructed Gulf Views: Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf from the primary bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and middle bedroom, as well as from the large Gulf-front balcony.

Beachfront Location: Our condo is beachfront even though the entrance to the condo is not. The town trolley stops by the front office, and boat parking is available on-site.
